Skateboard Chassis

Ultra-flat floor-mounted battery pack with integrated motor mounts and suspension pickups. Maximises cabin flexibility above.

Configurable Powertrain

Single or dual-motor setups from 70 kW to 200 kW peak. Front, rear, or all-wheel drive depending on application requirements.

Modular Battery System

30 to 100 kWh packs using LiFePO₄ cells in swappable modules. Smart BMS with cell-level telemetry fed directly into Vehicle Twin.

Adaptive Suspension

Independent front and rear geometry tuned per application. From smooth urban delivery to agricultural terrain, the TEV adapts.

A living AI mirror of every TEV platform

The Vehicle Twin is a digital twin of TEV — configurable with open ECUs for motor, battery, BCU, steering, and braking. Monitor health, predict faults, push OTA updates, and gain fleet-level intelligence from one dashboard.

Together, TEV hardware and Vehicle Twin software make a complete Software-Defined Vehicle— from classroom bench to deployed fleet.
